People come from different perspective. Not every guy has to be super aggressive to get female attention.
We don't all have to shoot a shot. Just being in her general proximity can be enough for a women to show interest sometimes. at least in my experience.
I can tell when a complete stranger strikes up some casual convo out of nowhere and laughs too hard at my jokes, that she prolly likes me. That's usually when i decide to make a move or not. I don't just see a fine women paying me know attention and cold approach. but i don't have to.

Honestly when it’s happened to you a lot that women come to you get comfortable with them making the move first. With that being said if you a good looking nikka and women approach you just imagine if you approach women how successful you would be and that’s what I had to learn.
