Don't get plastic surgery though surgeons aren't perfect, they aren't gods, no surgery is perfect.

Black people have longer jaws on average, they just eat softer food and don't develop their muscles. White men, are more recessed on average, this makes their jaws look bigger from the front but is why they look like shyt from the side.

These muscles can be improved, the highlighted ones, with just proper chewing and better quality foods. Consider this, black people from America, are more likely to eat what we would consider slave foods. These are not nutritious enough, especially if you have to microwave it.
