no one race is smarter than the other.
but each race has its strengths.
concerning white people, they are just far more daring than most (if not all other races),. other races could give two flying sh1ts what goes on high in the heavens. but nah, white people need to know. in trying to reach into the stars, they figured out how to manage signals. hence, cellphones and many of todays technologies were born.
but, that isnt to say a lot of these "novel" ideas that came to fruition wasnt originally birthed by someone of a difference race.

I made this thread to get a real understanding as to why blacc people have lower IQs(on paper) i know white people arent smarter than black ppl, but when you google it nothing comes up to disprove the theory thats why I asked it on the coliI only read the thread title
So does IQ equal intelligence or not?
If someone has a higher IQ than the next person, can they always out smart that person 10 times out of 10?

This has to be a measure of education or the IQ test is skewed to people with more education. It was debunked 5-10 years back that Asians weren't any smarter, it was just that Asian immigrants to the US typically had more education so their kids were skewing tests. When you adjusted for their parents' education and income, they were the same as everyone else.

It's a legit question I want an answer to. White people love spewing out that they have higher IQs, I'm just simply trying to figure out how true this is, because im 99% sure its some shyt behind IQ test that give them higher scores, but I can't prove it because I don't know. First question, yes but not "raw" intelligence in the way we think of it.
Second question, no.
Example: You and Isaac Newton are in a room. Isaac Newton has an iq of 190... basically top 5 smartest people ever to have lived. You have 130 (let's just say for example).
Isaac Newton asks you to explain the 3-body problem in detail. Without having heard of it, you have no way of answering the question. He balks at your ignorance and goes on a 30-minute tangent explaining the problem in detail and it's solution. From an outsider's frame of reference, he has "outsmarted" you.
Then, you ask Isaac Newton to explain how electricity works. Without having heard of it, he has no way of answering the question. You balk at his ignorance and go on a 5-minute tangent explaining how electricity works. From an outsider's frame of reference, you have "outsmarted" him.
Now, given a level playing field, he will most likely whoop your ass in any intellectual capacity. The problem is, life very rarely gives us a level playing field. This is why white people think they're smarter. They generally go to better schools and have a better support system than we do. Everything that stems from having a two-parent household reinforces the basis of what we think of as IQ.

Now when it comes to serial killers, they always claim they have some higher intelligence than the average person.
Does this play a part in them getting away with murder and out smarting the police, for years or even decades?

OP, with all due respect, I think you should stick to the topics and thread titles that you normally do. You don't seem to be a serious dude at all, based on what your threads are generally titled. Nothing wrong with that. We all need to laugh and joke sometimes.
Just that if you're not a serious person, sometimes certain issues will be beyond what you can fully understand.

I don't know enough about it to answer that. I know Ted Bundy is said to have had a genius-level intellect though. But a lot of people claim to have higher intelligence than everyone else. Most people are dumb as fukk though.
Now imagine if our ancestors had done this type of research when they took these stinking demons out of the caves and taught them the basic principles of how to bath
