Not really. Look at the comments. Many people believe that it was excessive to shoot the guy after the first series of shots. His first two shots subdued the guy, if he stopped right there the threat is over. He then takes it upon himself to shoot again putting his arm OVER an innocent bystander then endangered the bystander and fired more shots until the guy was dead. He even shot the guy while he was on the ground.

I see your point. I guess I just saw the fast stomach and head shot at the beginning and assumed he was dead regardless of the extra head shots
