Yeah, I'm just going to yell at them and if they don't move, they die. Trains are required by law to sound their horn at crossings, you can 100% hear that shyt through noise cancelling pads too, if that isn't enough the vibration should be felt before the train approaches them. I'm not getting on that manslaughter time to save 5 people. lolWouldn't allowing the 5 people to die also be considered murder? maybe not in a legal perspective but a moral one
In tort law there is a concept called "A duty to rescue" where citizens can sometimes be sued if they fail to come to the aid of someone. This only occurs in special circumstances thoughs.
I'd rather choose the option I could live with. Divert the tracks to the one worker and do my best to warn him/her.

Let it move toward the 5 and hope at least 2 of them nikkas is real ones, cause if one gets stuck the other one can help. With the one guy if he gets stuck he ain't got teamwork to bail him out
