So they don't have any racial categorisation?
You've just described my sister (dark skin, fine hair and narrow nose) and she's not Indian.
I think the word you're looking for is ethnicity. Each personal has an ethnicity (pure or mixed). "Race" is a lazy way of categorising people and lumping them together. AA ethnicity is a mixture of West African tribes, you can find out which one by doing a DNA test, I can't remember who but there was a celeb who did hers and found out her mtDNA was linked to Ghana.
Why would you call them "white" even though they don't fit the norm? What if they only have one white parent? What would be their race then?If they have 2 white parents I would still call them white but they would not be the norm but their kids would most likely be

What do your parents look like?
All same ethnicity, so no outside mix for as far as I can count back.
Race is as in the categorization of people into races and ethnicities is a social construct...
But you can identify people's race biologically...
I mean forensic science and medical science use race heavily as a biological category...
People that say race is a social construct are implying it isn't real and it doesn't serve a purpose and that it is irrational...when those assumptions are false
Why race as a biological construct matters - Gene Expression
This is a good article way race as a biological construct matters..
The problem isn't races and ethnicities exist...the problem is that racism and ethnicism and tribalism exist...
If I didnt call them white then I would have to entertain the idea that it is possible for 2 white or black parents to have a mixed kid.
If one of the parents is a different race than the other it is clearly the result of a mixed relationship, so the child would be mixed
To the bolded, we are saying that it is a racial construct, but no one (at least in this thread) is saying that it isn't real. Those are 2 very different things.
Social constructs are very, very real in how they affect our lives
