Lets say you get every dark skin/brown nappy hair black person in America to say that light skin(Drake ,Chris Brown) high yellow people are not black there would be huge backlash and fights because of the history of the one drop rule

The only part of race being a social contruct comes from is some people wanting black to be light skin when it is not . Like someone trying to force a group of people onto your race when they never were apart of you anyway.

You are not even using the modern foundation of race.

The modern foundation of race is not linked to appearance but continental origin.

Black people are from Africa

White people are from Europe and Middle East

Asians are from Asia

You are focusing on a very White colonial definition of race because "Black" people can be found in South Asian...

There are Australian Black people who do not look like us...

Black is a phenotype description...White is a phenotype description...

We don't use that as a definite race....

Depends what you mean by "race realism." Some call it the reality of certain scientific traits being more common in certain ethnic groups, which is true. East Africans tend to be better long distance runners, West Africans tend to be better sprinters, Ashkenazi Jews tend to have the highest IQs.

Of course we're all individuals and we all have differences, but humanity is way too diverse to call it in terms of black, white, asian, hispanic. It's just far too diverse and part of why we have so many issues because we are oversimplifying a super-vast and super-diverse population.

Easy way to bring peace and unity into the world is black should be brown to dark skin with nappy hair regardless of where you are from but tribalism.

"Race realism" and "scientific racism" was the movement of categorising races, and then coming up with reason for them being different. Skull sizes, sexual dimorphism etc etc and then ranking them. All of it has been debunked.

What you're doing is taking certain terms and then strawmanning them by defining them in your terms. Some people don't define the ideas of "race realism" based on skull size and rankings and that nature. There are certain traits that are present in certain ethnic groups more often than other ethnic groups. There are certain behaviors present in certain ethnic groups that occur more often than in other groups.

I don't believe in the idea of there being 3-5 races that we made up. So I agree with you there.

That doesn't even make any sense...

Before Western European contact with non-White people...there were no Black people. There were not even Africans.

Race is a Western European construction.

People historically understood ethnicities and tribes.

Western Europeans left Europe created the idea of races.

And no...we do no longer base race in terms of Black, White, Red and Yellow because what you look like...isn't your race. Your race is mostly dependent on where you are from and the adaptions genotypic and phenotypic that have taken place among your kind due to your environmental interactions that have taken place over millions to thousands of years.
