I bought some Neuriva, Ashwagandha, and Fish Oils. The reason why I bought them is to help with focus and memory.

Fish oils have my joints less achy from lifting. :ehh:

Took ashwagandha before but bushed it because I didn't notice any changes. :shaq2:


Some supplements work, some really work, and some are straight snake oil. A good night's sleep + solid diet is still undefeated though. :win:

Depends. Sometimes the effects are dramatic. Other times, who knows...

The other thing a lotta people forget is that some supps compete for the same mechanisms of action, so taking them together actually produces no (or even worse) results versus taking one or the other, or timing them strategically.

Magnesium helped my insomnia.

Kinda alluded to this earlier. The timing you take some supps makes all the difference.

Magnesium is a CNS depressant. It's great to take before bed (like ZMA), but not before going to lift heavy weights.
