After... Before and you are damaging your teeth. You brush your teeth and tongue the night before and swish with mouthwash. If you are waking up with smelly bacteria in your mouth, you have cavities or some underlying issue.

I brush, brush tongue and floss after every meal, snack and even when I drink sugary and non sugary drinks.

Everytime I step out the house I bring my toiletry bag and a bottle of water. I refuse to not brush my teeth after eating.

My bag contains:

Toothpaste, flossers, mouthwash, deodorant, toothbrush in travel case, bar of soap, 1 clean wash rag, and domcons.fukkong heathens in here.
