Do you care what direction your state leans towards?

I know nikkas on the coli are too cool for political ideology as it exists now and the pointlessness of liberal and conservative view points.

But does your states political leanings matter to you? Are you more or less happy with the way things are in your state regarding policy and politics?

IN Louisiana solid red state but we have a democratic Governor currently . He's up for re election next year probably going to lose because he had to raise taxes to fix a 3 billion dollar deficit from the Last republican Governor. Overall I can't really complain about any policies from our State government we seem to be way more progressive then our Black belt neighbors Mississippi, Alabama, and Georgia. I think we are the only one WITH medical Marijuana and we expanded medicare under Affordable Care Act
