Hes funny if thats what you are asking a comedic legend is someone like Eddie Murphy, Richard Pryor, Dave Chappelle, Redd Foxx. Bruce is like a second or third tier comedian.

Eddie, Bernie, Dave, Chris Rock, Red Foxx, Damon Wayans,and Richard Pryor aside I can't think of anyone who I can say is clear cut better than Bruce without strong debate.
Patrice O Neal may be but I never got that deep into his work.
That Hugleys show was terrible to me honestly. And imo Bruce Bruce was a far better Comicview host than DL.
