of all the next-gen launch games this one stands out because

a) it's exclusive and meant to be a technical showpiece

b) Miles is impressive but is also on PS4

c) the rest of the launch games for either console are either multiplatform cross-gen games (AC Valhalla, Watch Dogs) or visually unimpressive (Bugsnax, Sackboy)

so was anyone here truly wow'ed by Demon's Souls? did it feel like a proper next-gen experience that couldn't be replicated on PS4? :jbhmm:

Demon soul's is the first game that made me notice 60 fps, due to they having a cinematic mode and performance mode.
I believe the game starts you on performance mode by default , i gave cinematic mode a chance to see how better it would look..
it felt like my character was moving through molasses.

Same. It looks nice but the character movements feel like 2010/2011 level stuff. It's not as fluid (to me) as a Ghosts of Tsushima-ish game or even Sekiro.
