Yeah I figured

That would suck lol
I'm interested to see how this Kanye tour is going to do.

I sort of believes his rants about Apple Music and Tidal has to do with him not believing his album roll out generated enough buzz for his tour

I was looking at tickets on Seatgeek and the resell prices are really low compared to Drake & Future

Hopefully This means we get a great opening act for Kanye tour

A lot of people don't give Cole the credit he deserves. I think his first two albums are wack and FHD is solid, not amazing (it wasn't in my top ten that year). But you can't deny the fanbase he has built or how he reaches radio without trying. Not to mention he dropped an album in DECEMBER and it worked. The music industry shuts down after Thanksgiving, most people can't get an album release until January (and even January isn't good because most people are done with holidays/spending by then). Salute him for changing the game and paving the way for Kendrick and others.

He cultivated a niche of rap fans that were never pandered too before.

He's already a legend.

Is it more profitable to sell out an amphitheater with 25k capacity where most of the seats are lawn seats, or an arena where there are no lawn seats and the capacity is 18k?

I guess I'm assuming that lawn seats would be cheaper than nosebleeds, which may not be true.

We would need someone from the concert industry to come through and answer that question. That will tell us which is considered "bigger".

How do you consider something an arena tour?

Either they're playing arenas or they're not.

@The HONORABLE SKJ @Al haymon

I was laughing at you thinking pandering to suburban kids who drive Benzes when they're 16= being a legend

Is Tyler from Odd Future a legend now?
