I suppose if you know your target anyone can be manipulative. I got a racist bytch fired that way. Told my boss behind the scenes with fake crocodile tears (eye drops) and she was gone the next day.

Edit: I specifically went to my male boss first, didn't follow the chain of command because I know my white female supervisor wouldnt have done shyt.
