Do you differentiate between the terms "Black man" and "n!gga"?

Realized that I wasn't the only one who differentiates between Black people, and "n!ggas".

Anybody else do this? My definition of a n!gga is a Black person who acting foolish. Usually the thugs, ratchet hos, the muhfukkas who stay being in those "Atlanta Mall Security Guard" videos, those is n!ggas to me.
