To goodwill/salvation army/people in your family? My coworker sends his families older clothing to his family back in south America in a low cost shipping barrel

Yes, I remember maybe 3 years ago I donated a few tubs of clothes to kids in Bolivia. Come to think of it, I should donate some more clothes now

I drop them off at the donation bins around town. I think they give them to the less fortunate.

Yes. Send them to local church and get a tax write-off in the process. Have to go through my closet once more before the year is up.

Carsons has a goodwill sale a few times a year...you get a coupon per item you donate. I donate a lot of stuff.

I take the opportunity whenever my company does humanitarian work to send a bunch of my mother's old clothing

Do they pick it up at the port or do you send them when family is visiting? My family normally sends to Jamaica via barrel since they are close to Miami.

Facts. I have a few pairs of shoes that I'm hesitant to donate because they are the ones that have a thin knitting and are slightly ripped. Prolly gonna get a streamtress to patch em up before sending them

Yes I do. Some of it I send to Nigeria whenever family goes to visit or I donate to Goodwill, the Salvation Army, or local churches. Did a lot of that during Hurricane Harvey recovery.
