Most people who work 9-5s and 40+ hour weeks have little social life outside of it because it takes up so much time. Pair that with the growing rarity nowadays of basal social skills, you have/had a lot of people seeing work (especially pre-covid) as where they go to have fun, and they see work as a place to socialize and feel like a part of something.
In my Zoom classes my camera and sound off AF
I caught my sister in a zoom meeting wearing a nice shirt, make-up, jewelry only up top and pajama pants with a big ass bowl of cinnamon toast crunch. She said they tell them to dress up bc they're usually meeting new clients.
This pic looks like he knows he looks stupid but his principals won't allow him to sit in his pants like a normal person.
