I have to start my day with water for awhile I was drinking so much I was peeing clear. But my work schedule be so hectic im down to like 3/4 bottles. When I get home I chug though.

What brands y'all rocking with? I was thinking of boiling my own water honestly

Yes. Not the amount we're normally supposed to but i try to get in a few cups. Don't drink soda unless i got the craving to, only drink flavored sparkling water or club soda so it's basically the same.

Mainly Deer Park, but as long as it’s “Spring water”, I’m good. I buy the 6 gallons in a box or the 2, 2.5 gallons from Bjs. I priced out a whole home filtering system, so that’s in my future plans. I drink too much water for boiling to make sense.

Are these people not drinking water daily adults? As a kid, I would go days without drinking water but I am perplexed as to how any adult with a basic understanding of how the body works would.

I get in 100 oz every day. Got a 40 ounce canteen right by the bed. Got the wife and the kids on that shyt too (not 100 oz but there is daily intake). I can admit, I am a little obsessive. People talk about me because when they come over, I am shoving a bottle of water in their hands
