Yeo bbq baked beans are super underrated ....they don't get talked about enough.....i usually dip my hot dog or burger in them (not cooked on the park grill tho ) for added flavor

We don't use those because they are too small. If we renting a pavilion then 100% of the time we will have too many people to feed using that.

But as far as cleanliness goes. The heat will kill any germs. Plus for the more well traveled brehs, when you go to the Caribbean or South America. Look at what they are grilling on. Best chicken I've ever had was cooked on what looked like an old fence laid out over bricks.
