I used to move a lot of work in bmore city at one point. I fukked up trying to go legit in real estate and this crooked senator ended up taking a lot of my bread. Then my rival and some muslim ended up trying to kill me in an abandoned warehouse but the kid escaped that shyt. Sometimes I get a call from my greek connect but I can't go back to that life.

for every drug kingpin or gangster making big bucks at the top of the pyramid, theres hundreds and thousands of low lvl thugs making less than minimum wage.

most of those guys make significantly less than ppl with a stable 40k a year job.

anyone with a stable regular job should feel blessed they dont gotta do illegal stuff to try to grind out a minimum wage income, with the constant fear of gettin arrested, getting shot, getting robbed, etc.

with that being said i daydream a lot that i was johnny depp from blow. i just needa buy a small airplane to fly to mexico to get dem bricks :takedat:

:heh: no.
I've dated enough criminals to know it's not something I want to do.

Also if you ever HAVE dated a criminal or been in the company of them, you'll find they always get caught. There's no maybe about it, it's "when it happens."

I dated two dudes with records. :snoop:

the risk outweighs the money real talk

you can't have a peace of mind when you feel/know the law/enemies are after you

that feeling when you have drugs in the car and you see a cop in the rearview:merchant:worst feeling in the world

also with all this advanced technology(cell phones/internet) in the world you can't help but feel you're being watched

you dont want police kicking down your door at 5am..... you dont want to be under surveillance..... you dont want to be that dude waiting on a jury of your "peers" to decide whether you are going home that night or to jail for five years.....

My life.

that feeling when you have drugs in the car and you see a cop in the rearview:merchant:worst feeling in the world

Will they pull me over? Will they not? If I signal to the next lane and appropriately change, will it make me look like a responsible driver to prevent from being stopped? Should I move my 2 phones or will it make it more suspicious that I was making movements? Have they punched in my plate number yet?

All those questions.

Nah. Peace of mind is better than what is often borrowed money. A lot of cats put their life at risk and all kinds of nonsense only to give all that money back to the system when they get robbed or the police arrest them and confiscate all of that. Plus, once you get that record, it's going to be hard to get jobs after that. Peace of mind is priceless.

If youre not sure that youre about that life, then youre not. and i would recommend not getting involved, youre better off trying to find a legit way to get rich. most criminals dont ever get big enough to retire, and end up spending a lot of time in a cell. losing your freedom or your life over a few thousand dollars really isnt worth it.

but if you do feel like fukk it, my advice would be, make sure the reward is worth the risk :manny:

Japan, but from the 989
Nope, never tempted.

The dudes I went to high school with who were slangin and thought they were moving weight are dead. Sad story really. All good young guys who just wanted to be like their cousins, fathers, uncles who were in the game...but damn I remember graduating and going to college, that first summer after my first year, like 5 of them got killed..All in one summer. That was like half of their crew. Then they just started dying. I don't know what the hell was going on but they were finding dudes chopped up in garbage bins.:mindblown:

Some wild shyt.

they might make a little less or around the same amount, but would you rather work a 9-5 that burns you out every week, or make the same money doing maybe 45 minutes of work a week?

you guys need to find a way to properly use your time if you are that obsessed over dropping the 9-5 (slave job) you guys keep complaining about.

anybody ever been in or peered into a world of organized crime?

These hood stories are cool and all, but we not talking about your average dreaded 19 year old hanging out a honda civic busting his gat sideways. The OP and what im talking about is organized crime. The type where they got a system set up, and mastermind they crimes.

drop some stories..

Even the stories you're going to hear about organized crime are still going to be street stories, about violence, politics, scores, and getting over. No one is going to tell a story about the intricacies of medicare fraud. It doesn't make for a very exciting reading.

Also, I doubt there are people who post on the coli involved in organized crime, so I'm not sure what you're expecting. I do have some good firsthand and secondhand stories about people legitimately involved in that life though...
