Do you ever read the directions on products we use and ....

and then realize you using the products all wrong...

I was putting lotion and powder on my son and decided to read the directions. it says put in hands first, then rub together then rub on body. I was like we been doing it all wrong. We just spray it down our shirts and etc.

Then i was thinking, do we ever stop to read the directions of things. We be probably doing 90% of things all wrong and dont even know it.

Is mouth wash to be used before or after brushing the teeth? I always use it before, but a friend read the directions aloud one day. My dental hygiene life == backwards.

I altered my routine NOT AT ALL. (No cavities, cuz I swish for 5+ minutes in the shower.)
