Its a marathon, not a sprint. Jay told yall that many years ago.

After 06, 50 had much fewer hits.

50 fizzled out in the mainstream after 09 with his album not doing as well as his previous ones, Jay became a international star with Blueprint 3, then went a run with Watch The Throne, Magna Carta album and other guest verses.

And I love 50 but be saying jay only hot because his connections and who worked with

but 50 is connected to the 3 biggest people in music history jimmy em and Dre.

and 50 need to stop with this jay hitched to hotter artist when 50 tried to ride the waves of

69
chief keef
young ma
kendrick
2 Chainz
hell even Troy Ave :mjlol:

all the names I mentioned were at their peak popularity (except Kendrick) and nothing worked for 50 to keep him relevant

Em & Dre threw him to the curb and started to make music with his enemies during that time, and basically still do. We had Dre make music with Rick Ross, Em made music with Wayne a year after beefing with him. He alienated himself, we see little features from others he had problems with but he barely makes music anymore.

50 cents is more of a spectacle and or train wreck, perhaps within that train wreck you get everything including the flaws. Jay Z is a politician in the vein of Obama, tell you what you need to hear. Diddy is also a politician in the vein of Trump who are you going to believe me or your lying eyes.

The polite society likes Jay Z because he's not a disruptor, he's politically expedient.

Puff is a known cancer, but he is so deeply rooted in the culture any omission is blasphemy.

50 cent gives you all his flaws, he's emotional, he's reactive and he's boisterous.
But he's gives you the appearance he's in control.

I'm talking music. Not acting or TV shows. Jay last year had arguably the verse of the year with God Did.
When's the last time he had a hit though?

Jay did the right/smart thing when he saw the game changing and his decline coming: Joint album with Kanye, Joint album/tour with Beyonce, Stadium tour with Em, Samsung deal to cheat the sales, etc. But he ain't really did shyt on his own since BP3.
