You don't really if you're a red-blooded man it just fades and you make DAMN sure it doesn't happen again, its an unfortunate learning experience, try to keep your mind occupied if your seeing red, or play My Way by Nas, so at least you know you did it your way. (I dead as do this after people try me)

The question is...after the INITIAL feeling of being upset or dejected, what do you do?
Answer: Let it go, shake it off, laugh at the fool who played you, and keep it pushing.
The Universe is made of energy. Period. Everything that ever was and ever will be, already exists, even if you can't see it.
Nothing is ever truly created or destroyed, the shyt just transfer to different states.
Even matter is really just energy in a different form.
So knowing all that, if someone does you dirty, know and understand that the energy they put out, will eventually come back to them in some form. If that energy is malicious, know that that person will have to deal with the results of their actions, because for every action, there is a corresponding reaction.
