Do you feel more in the mood to play certain types of games depending on the season?

For some reason I was much more hype to play Unicorn Overlord when it was colder out. Now im more in the mood to play big open world adventure games.

No, but i try to switch up the genre.

If ima play a sprawling RPG, i try to play a smaller indie game or 2d sidescroller next.

If i play an intense difficult game, i try to play something relaxing next.

Sports and racing are usually my pallet cleansers between more intensive games

Yeah I like playing REmake and MGS1 during the winter. Something about the atmosphere of Shadow Moses and Spencer’s Mansion makes me feel cozy.

I feel like it’s going to be weird to play Erd Tree in June. That feels like a fall/october game for me

I did this for the first time during Valentines Day this year. I set the mood, lit some candles, and played a pawging simulator :noah:
