We went to a Golden Coral once and a bunch of city sanitation workers pulled up to eat on their lunch break. Even saw a sewage truck pull up. I couldn't do it

The idea of buffets is too damn gross. Once you get your food, you have to go to the bathroom to wash your hands because everybody had their hands on the utensils used to pick up the food

Shoutout to Golden Coral after church.

I don't mess with buffets anymore, but there are some good memories of going to the buffet with my extended family after church. I remember them long lines to get in on a Sunday too, lol. But man, I just can't anymore. I guess if I have kids and have to worry about budgeting things might be different.

on the west coast there was a sushi spot I use to hit that had a conveyor belt.....the colored plates each represented a different price...so you grabbed whatever you wanted and were charged based off your stack of plates.....pretty cool concept and kinda fun

I like the conveyer sushi too, good way to try a lot of different pieces without breaking the bank.

I've been to a sushi place in Japan where you would order on a tablet and they would deliver it to you through a tube like the old bank drive thrus would have. It was really cool
