we have a place called Sushi Train hereon the west coast there was a sushi spot I use to hit that had a conveyor belt.....the colored plates each represented a different price...so you grabbed whatever you wanted and were charged based off your stack of plates.....pretty cool concept and kinda fun
the restaurant has a ton of mini railroad trains that run all around and they carry plates of sushi. you pick up the plates you want and they charge you by the plate
ive never been, because im not a fan of cross-contamination or children. kids love putting their hands on shyt theyre not supposed to. like plates.
the coli is already taking up enough of my life. i dont need e coli too

Yea. We used to google the cleanest one. Its out the way but its a well kept sushi and hibachi place.

haven’t been their in ages…passed by the one out here a couple of times and was tempted to go on but decided against it…maybe I’ll say fukk it and just go in next time

I've been to Golden Corral a few times and thought the food was decent. Since Covid, they make you use plastic gloves every time you get up for more food when touching plates and utensils used for picking food at the buffet bar.
Also, Chinese buffets are sometimes hit or miss.
There's one buffet here in Syracuse called Flaming Grill Buffet which is Chinese cuisine but they also serve American dishes (pizza, Mac and cheese, etc) that food was pretty good but expensive asf.
We don't have a lot of buffets here but when I was a little girl there were a few called Old Country Buffet and that was the best buffet I've ever eaten at till this day, I still remember their food.
