as far as i know you get one controller and a year of Live with it. it cost $500 because of Kinect. Sony has a camera that cost $60 so this is basically one side making their camera optional and the other required.For 500 bucks you should get a game, 2 controllers and a year of live.

There are a couple free to play games planned for launch
No u get achievements for buying the console apparently.
You get Killer Instinct with one character.
I hope companies don't start going down this route.
It's basically a one player demo. Try it for free, see if you like it and buy it at full price. It will be fukked up if it cost over $60 bucks to unlock all characters, but from what I heard, it won't.
I like it, because I don't fukk with fighting games. I can still go online and test it out and see how other people play instead of spending full price and never playing it again. I did it with SF4 and only played it for a week before giving it to my nephew.

I thought it was true, but it's just MSFT bullshytting to get you to preorder the day one live card separately. If the consoles weren't like half a year away I'd cancel that shyt right now
People are really going to see why PS+ is a great value this gen.
Sony already confirmed 3 indie PS4 games for PS+ subscribers from the jump. MS OD'd with the Kinect integration. It's driving up their cost. They could have put a mic in the controller if they wanted people to use voice commands. Making the Kinect mandatory just shows me that they really really wanted to get a camera in all of their consumers living rooms/bedrooms.

I think cats would have rather had the headset than the Kinect integration. Make it optional.
