as far as i know you get one controller and a year of Live with it. it cost $500 because of Kinect. Sony has a camera that cost $60 so this is basically one side making their camera optional and the other required.For 500 bucks you should get a game, 2 controllers and a year of live.

@ additional characters sold separately. Is there a difference between Jago and Shadow Jago?

People are really going to see why PS+ is a great value this gen.
Sony already confirmed 3 indie PS4 games for PS+ subscribers from the jump. MS OD'd with the Kinect integration. It's driving up their cost. They could have put a mic in the controller if they wanted people to use voice commands. Making the Kinect mandatory just shows me that they really really wanted to get a camera in all of their consumers living rooms/bedrooms.
