if it counts, i use "now foods whey protein isolate unflavoured" and change up the flavour from time to time so i never get bored of the flavour.

usually i will mix two scoops with two cups of milk and "nescafe ice java" or torani salted caramel syrup:ohlawd:.

Right now, because it's nearing the holidays, im mixing two scoops with two cups of egg nog and to be honest it taste pretty good:ehh:.

I have, choco and vanilla aka chanilla

I also used to have a whole foods powder I added into whey for extra calories and the flavors meshed well depending on choices.

I usually just throw PB powder in my whey shakes at this point, I normally have one flavor

Back when I had protein powders, I used to do max research on high potential foods

- Whey Protein
- Oatmeal
- Peanut Butter
- Honey
- Lactose Milk/Almond Milk
- Olive Oil

Peanut Butter is a superfood because it has both protein and fats. Almond butter is a better alternative because it lacks the sugar and hydrogenated oils that fillers PB.

Olive oil is a monounsaturated fat. This is beneficial to lower cholesterol.

Oatmeal because it's a complex carb and has fiber. Not too much though:hubie:
