I'm familiar with Del Rio's background, and still think Brock could take him. If you ever seen Del Rio's MMA fights, his mat wrestling and punching power are nowhere near Brock's level. Plus the only name he ever beat was Kazuhiro Nakamura in a fight that was arguably dominated by Kazuhiro. The rest were a bunch of no name scrubs.

Santino on the other hand? No clue, but that'd be interesting.

Dudes bring up Del Rio but he fought bums except for Cro Cop who KILLED him, he's basically Batista's level of an MMA background. You have to respect that he actually has one (unlike pro wrestlers who are marks for MMA, like little Philip) but you can't compare it to Brock.
