Fukk boy is some Florida sh*t. Fl niccas migrated and the slang spread to places like Atlanta. Don't forget the other often used variant, "fukk ass nikka." these terms are 20+ years old at least and never "stopped" being used. the internet just introduced other regions to it and people who wouldn't have been exposed to these terms got hip.
