My mother and girl would likely get that work if they tried to touch my neck.

I used to have a cat that would get pass if she accidentally grazed it, but she was my favorite pet ever.

I can't even imagine the seizures of rage I would have if a stranger's touch happened upon my neck.

I don't really mind. Like if a friend puts their arm around my neck in a friendly way. But someone reaching for your throat is a red flag right away. There's no excuse for anyone to touch your throat/Adam's apple area.
