I think it also depends where it's placed and what it looks like. Tattoos are a part of my mom's culture and I've always been interested in them.

I prefer they have zero to very minimal tats, but it wouldn't stop me from running up in em.

Hate them. They all look trashy to me. Unless its so small you can't notice. Sleeves are the worst. Multicolor makes it even worse than that. Look at that pic of Rihanna. To me, that looks like someone drew all over a perfect woman with a ballpoint pen.
