When I was a “Regional Sales Manager”, I used to want to curse a lot of these people tf out for the dumb shyt that they would do, complain, and lie about. Most adults are pieces of sh*t.

My employees tend to talk about clients and what they got going on when they out in the field with jobs, but they keep it strictly about business when I'm around.

Surprisingly yes. Surprisingly since most of them are white. Incredibly white so sometimes it feels like I'm babysitting at times instead of working. They're decent people but very silly.

For the most part hell no. I'm lazy, but a lot of these nikkas at my job give a new meaning to the word. It's honestly mindboggling.

I'm cool with my union brothers & sisters. We have an amicable and respectful relationship. We all work in tandem to get the job done!

I always lived by the philosophy that it is best to develop allies at work because it will make work life easier. If a favor is ever needed, then your ally will look out for you and vice versa. IMO, that is how it should be.

I understand that not everyone have good working relationships with their coworkers. It is what it is..

I work in Finance, she works in HR...I gotta be careful with her cause she's milk chocolate with glasses, fat cheeks, about a size 8 and a cutie to boot...she said I make her nervous...so you already know what that means

Generally, I'm just very cordial with coworkers...but every once in awhile, I take one down

When I was an undergrad, I worked in the Financial Aid Office...it consisted of nothing but horny 18 to 45 yr olds

Workplace fckry is GREAT...but only if it doesn't cost you a 6 figure job
