Do you love or hate your job?

i hate it n love it but mostly love it. its a good love to hate ratio with this job at least. 85% love it and 15% hate it.

PROS

i work 3.5 days a week and im off from thursday at 12pm all the way til monday am every week.
i work unsupervised and can do whatever i want as long as the work gets done. which is why ya only see me on the coli monday thru thursday most of the time.
i have benefits and paid time off and vacation and can take a paternity leave when i need to.

CONS

i work unsupervised which is also a bad thing cause nobody is around to see my extra effort or when i go an extra mile for the client.
i gotta be here at 6am
the money could(and should) be a lot better

And this is the #1 reason i took up truck driving (and loving it). No coworkers. I found out that no matter how good a job is, coworkers can make it hell. Wat i do now is strictly all me. I barely interact with ppl. Im an introvert so its not a problem. I dont have to rely on anyone and im not around the gossip and drama

Job is okay, my coworkers are not. Worst team I've had the displeasure of working with in the 4 years I've been here.

My current job in Finance is aight. It's easy as hell. They misled me in the interview tho. It's supposed to be Finance but 80% of the job is Accounts Receivable/b2b collections. I have to call or email mfs asking for payment, resolve billing issues etc. But I do like that they leave me alone. I rarely even see my boss. Nobody watching over my shoulder. Can work from home when I need to. Pay sucks.

I like it because there is a purpose in it, I'm held accountable and my boss is the . She looks out for a young brother.

Hate it because I am responsible for the actions of others. My employees don't mess up too much all in all but when they do, .

I "love" what i do since i work in software development, my job is to create things so im not a slave to anyone, but that beig said if i know that if i ever plan to create true wealth i must take what i learn in my job and implement those skills in a manner that will empower my people.
