If you're going to do instant, I'd go Taster's Choice.

For me it's pretty much any coffee so long as it's caffeinated and NOT FLAVORED. I use a bialetti.

put me on two things. next time im in the supermarket i'll check for the gold brands like double the price and i assumed there was no difference.

bialetti, wow you a connoisseur of it. how much coffee should i place in the table spoon for one cup please ? to taste good i think mine is off balance.

Honestly speaking I think the taste difference is worth the price. I definitely questioned it before I tried them both, but this is one of the few examples where I've seen the price dictates. It's definitely not the case with other things (spices for instance. buying mccormick at those high ass prices is a waste of money).

With the bialetti you're going to have to try it out yourself to get a sense of the perfect ratio for you. I like my coffee strong so I will fill up the entire basket (i have the mokapot 6 cup version) with ground coffee for a mug (probably closer to 10-12 oz). Also depends on the type of coffee you're using (the bean, the roast etc). I've heard good things about using a French Press as well. I've never actually done it before. I was going to buy one but I'm loyal to the bialetti...never let me down.

Get an aeropress man and grinder. Or if you don't want to grind right before you brew, go to a local roaster and have them grind their beans for you. The less time between grinding and brewing the better.

If you drink coffee everyday you might as well get an aeropress for good coffee. I'm not even a coffee snob, stopped drinking it lately, but after you're used to quality light roasted freshly ground beans, instant coffee literally tastes like mud water. Then again, I drink my coffee black, maybe instant tastes fine if u put a bunch of sugars and shyt.

New Yawk where I’m from / Bahston where I’m at
I got a superautomatic espresso machine that grinds the beans makes the espresso and spits the ground cake into a small bucket - game changer. Also has a steam wand.

Medium roast bean (whatever local coffee shop brand), quarter cup steamed whole milk per double espresso.
