Nah my house is just old 1929. And they tore down the house next door before I move here and water pools in the vacant lot they left I gotta tear my floor up and get it redone you can literally see it bubble out the floor

One thing that might help you is to put dirt around your house to create a slope away from the foundation. My basement concrete would sweat after rain, I did that on one side doesn't happen anymore. Going to try to fix the other side of the house shortly
