I was in my high school's band and I wasnt the best trumpet or sax player. I wanted to be a lead so it was either oboe or clarinet. I thought the oboe looked cooler so I picked it lol

I haven't touched that thing in years.
Been playing guitar for 7/8 years. I played in a pop-punk band, then acouple metalcore/hardcore bands. Now i I really wish I had the audio of the last band I was in "this is ours" we were booking a good amount of shows and getting paid to do it. Started to talking to some small indie labels even though we had quality production from one of my dudes who does professional sound around the world(metal shyt) but some of the dudes wanted to "grow up" and all that
but I dove way more into hiphop after that and expanded my musical realm further.

pretty dope, he helped produce alot of their music in the late 80s early 90s .... hes got a grammy for "do fries go with that shake" and its one of my favorite songs... So I pretty much was awestruck ... I can play a bunch of stuff and I worked with MF Dooms group and a bunch of other eastcoast cats are that fat beats shyt .. I got a trumpet to learn cause I can play sax ... but trumpet is fukking hard, I didnt take anything into consideration when I bought it so I need to get my practice on
my goal was .. well ... they hooked me up with snoop dogg through PFUNK and they liked my shyt... I wanted to be a writer cause I have aspergers and shyt. I dont like being on stage or around people ... I had snoop talk about writing him songs, but then he came out with ego tripping and I was intimidated as fukk, cause I cant hold a candle to kid cudi and whitey ford and shyt writing for him... I would have had to get lucky to pull it off so I just spared myself the embarassment .... I tried to write for lil debbie and I was close but she changed her mind at the last minute cause she wanted something more west sounding .... I think Andre Nickatina came through and scooped her up cause it just makes sense with everything.
I took a break for 2 years and now im 28 ... Just starting to release music again and see what else I can finesse my way into .... I WILL SAY ... if you can play an instrument and are good ... can write a little bit.... people will work with you for free... being nice with it and mutual with people can take you a long way, all that paying people for shyt just makes them dump off their worst shyt on you for bread

im at the age now where im gonna have to be the mentor and do some jermaine dupri type of shyt with molding young kids ... cause i dont see any older people really putting in work anymore or caring to collab
