I'm playing mainly Demon's Souls & Elden Ring. Might put Elden Ring on the backburner since the boss battles haven't been all that fun and the game is big. I'm still working on my character creation but I gotta do so much to get the damn sets.
I game about 4 days out of a week. On my work days I usually do some grinding 'cause tryna progress through the story will have me up all night.

I really only play my PS3 at this point and play college football revamped
I have a PS5 and a gaming pc, mostly Gran Turismo 7 on the PS and an assortment of racing games on the pc. I game more in the fall and winter months, photography (drone and mirrorless) occupies most of my time during spring and summer.

Casual - usually one game at a time and I'll drop a game for a new release and comeback to it at some point.
I try to play everyday even if for a little 30-minute session. If I beat a boss that day or earn an achievement, I'm good to stop there.
