I prefer to wash the day and outside world off of me before getting into my clean sheets. It's gross to marinate overnight in the day's funk. In the morning, I do a quick, wake up rinse off.

I took a late bath (3 am) one night and went to bed, woke up for work at 6, brushed my teeth and said fukk a shower, was out the door by 7 and felt itchy as fukk like my body knew something I didn't. Might just be me but if I put on fresh clothes and I ain't bathed like less than 20 minutes before or so, I itch like crazy.
