How you like me now,
I go blaow
It that shyt that move crowds
Makin every ghetto foul
I might have took you first child,
Scarred your life
Crippled your style
I gave you power, I made you buckwild
~ Nasir

As great as the lyrics are, It’s not even that in particular that blew my mind, it was when I realized it was the damn chorus, like I couldn’t believe a chorus was that ill, I never heard a chorus that lyrically Ill and still don’t think I have til this day...I remember thinkin ‘Wait is he spittin the same rhyme again in the second verse?!....oh wait, this is the mfn chorus :ohhh:
One of the first times I caught chills listening to music.

Man was so smooth and relaxed I was young and thought you had to put effort in

Also Pun's verse on Twins whoa little italy

Twista as well the idea that the human mouth could talk that fast and be coherent

Busta on if you really want to party with me was amazing it's like a boxer sticking with the jab then coming with a over hand right for the KO

'Visualizing the realisms of life and actuality
fukk whose the baddest,a persons status depends on salary'

Started to get into Nas back in middle school around 12 after my stepdad started bumping Illmatic ..that was the age where you would look for real, dope shyt in a song and post the lyrics in your AIM profile or away message :pachaha:

I always remember me and my homie tripping over Kanye

"It seems we living the american dream
the people highest up got the lowest self esteem"

It was at the age where listening to shyt that was real and spoke truth was like :whoo:..instead of shyt like

"You wanna see me stick 9inch nails to reach one of my eyelids?:troll: "
