I lost a whole pack last night on the bus I was pissed cause cigs are expensive in London. I'm sure whoever found it had a nice surprise.

That's the reason I haven't quit. Cause I like it. I like smoking cigarettes. It soothes me. And I don't smoke many. About 8 a day. Sometimes less.

I'm able to quit. Its not that hard. Well, it can be but if you're determined to, you can. I just enjoy smoking, specially when I'm drinking.

It is an addiction. But I've managed to quit before, then went back to it after a while. It can be tough at times. But sometimes I'll go a few days without smoking.

Word. I smoked more than you (sometimes a pack and a half a day). shyt is hard to quit. You gotta be real strong mentally. I went cold turkey. I think it's the only way to go. The other methods didn't work

Yeah, I used to smoke a pack a day at least back in the day but in the last 6 years or so, I've cut down a lot.

And cold turkey is the only way. My pops was a smoker too and one day he just went cold turkey and quit. He hasn't smoked in 14 years.

I'm starting to lean away from buying packs...it's just getting too expensive to smoke living in NYC. $12 on average for a pack....at the end of the day though sometimes I just bite the bullet and say f*ck it...but I notice mad corner stores are not selling looseys anymore and I really don't mess with the RYO tobacco so I've been not smoking cigarettes as much. It makes me enjoy it more when I do have one and smoke less.

You can do it breh. It just takes willpower. When you start to feel sick (and you will), just convince yourself that you have the flu. It'll be over in 3 days. Then it's all about the mental addiction

If u like em why quit...or u just addicted and don't actually like to smoke?

They aren't healthy at the end of the day....with all the additives and chemicals. I mean there's a reason they call them "cancer sticks". Even your dad or grandpa was probably telling someone not to smoke cigarettes and how bad for you they are 50 years ago....

I just take my health more seriously now. I actually like cigs and smoking cigs but I hate how sluggish and slow they make me feel...or felt really. I've been exercising more lately and I've been noticing when I don't smoke cigarettes I'm less congested and my throat isn't as sore. I actually breathe better so to speak...I've been smoking cigarettes for 12 years almost and it hasn't aged me terribly but I want to stop any further damage to myself as a result of smoking.

The closest i'll touch is blunts and papers but that's. My mom smoked so much as a kid and the smell repulsed me so bad that I have no interest what so ever. Im like the only one in my group of friends, that doesn't take smoke breaks.

I just copped a whole carton yesterday afternoon, so I'm good for about the next two weeks. Newports are $6.25 to $6.50 a pack here.
