Definitely, it's a huge tool of introspection.
Remember a lot of the psychoanalytical designations & definitions come from cacs viewing the world from their own perspective(which isn't bad in & of it self) then abstracting it into universal concepts(now this is where the problem comes in) propagated via institutions such as academia and entertainment industry among other things.

I wouldn't call them 'conversations',but with the line of work that do,I have to constantly use math and memory to get the job done. Sometimes I gotta calculate shyt verbally,so I wouldn't forget.
