Now let me clarify before yall come in calling me schizo.
As in for example, ill have a thought and instead of keeping it in my head, ill say it out loud.
Or a conversation /argument i had, ill make comments out loud about it when im alone.
This usually happens while im driving for some odd reason

It's one of the healthiest things you can do.
You would be surprised how much wisdom and guidance you can get just by setting up a space for you to respond to your inquiries.
I do some auto-writing but I'm kinda iffy about my hand writing..for some reason being in motion is an easy way for me to let my deeper self come through and speak. Like when you ride the bus, you're moving but you're not having to concentrate on driving. Sometimes I like to get blowed and pace in my living room when noones awake, kinda gives me the same effect.

yeah i do,it twas worst when i twas still a worthless 85%er,but when eye gained my spiritual badge back,did the knowledge,went to different dimensions,planes,and space,and learned meditation the inner voice i used to debate/argue/cringe/cry/laugh at quieted down,now when the inner voice comes out shyt's either like spidey's spider sense,to warn me of danger&shady ninjas,or when eye do something stupid,and now the voice is resounding/booming..
