Interesting story and concept (for its time).

People feel strongly one way or another about it...usually a sign of a provocative work, which are the type of works that tend to have most value imo, regardless of whether I like them or not.

When it comes to these type of movies about it dystopian future, I always ask myself where is or what does Africa look like in all of this. Whether it's the book 1984 or this movie, Terminator or anything else. What are so-called black people basically doing and why can't we go there for refuge?

in these worlds Africa doesn’t exist.

And or if shyt really went down like this the whites would run over there.

In 1984 Africa was a battlezone in a global war between east and west.

maybe it was bigger when it first came out because it was so old and before my time...but I still don't get the hype.
