ID is something that had to have been created by someone and couldn't occur through natural causes.

Abiogenesis, creating the building block proteins for life from basic elements, has been recreated in labs for over decades. Water, oxygen, carbon, hydrogen with electric current can create basic RNA proteins. These are the same replicatale proteins in basic viruses and bacteria. After billions of years of complexity and evolution you can get the DNA you now see.

I haven't been to church in over 10 years, but to put it simply, if a^2 + b^2 = c^2, there is some proof of intellectual design. Whether Pythagoras discovered it or not it is not an issue. It is still true. So, there are some things in this UNIVERSE that prove that something bigger than us exist. Call it it the universe/creator/god whatever. There isn't a man sitting in the heavens controlling our actions. Nothing we do is predetermined. If there is a god, he/she/it can give the world Jesus, Muhammad, Buddha, Krishna, etc. And he/she/it can give us Darwin, Hawking, Neil deGrasse Tyson, Copernicus, etc.

Scientist in lab aren't discovering any thing new out of thin air. The knowledge was always there. All of us are just here trying to figure it all out, seeking our own truth.

This mathematical law isnt intelligent design though. That's like saying 1+1 = 2 is intelligent design. This just a relationship that was discovered.
