Not sure if to post here or higher learning, but
Congress? Senate? Local levels?
I consider programming like a second language, and think if these politicians want to write legislation on encryption, net neutrality, and cybersecurity, while claiming "cyber warfare" will be the next cold war - I would imagine they should have at least some minor working knowledge of how these machines function. I mean back in the day, at least some of the politicians had worked in factories and on machines to some capacity. I wonder how many years away we are from guys who worked in the tech industry start running. Especially since the tech boom has lined a lot of their pockets enough for them to be able to run.
