no lean is codeine, one of the weakest opiates, so mild it's an over the counter drug in majority of the world
heroin is diamorphine, they are the same class of drug, both come from the same plant, but they are still complete different chemicals.
Also diamorphine is literally 50x stronger than codeine, and it's usually administered through IV or inhalation which gives it a much higher bio availability, codeine is nothing close to heroin.
