I'm thinking lack of parental involvement is the biggest thing that contributes to deviant behavior. People who have active parents tend to just do better all-around.

If you don't have a base with active and sane parental invividuals that can guide you and really take of your emotional needs. You are probably going to end up with people who have similar backgrounds or just isolated. And y'all know those crazy folks on the net.

I'm coming at this more like Western Civilization in general. Cause Asians born in Europe won't be like Asians born in full Asian culture.

Cause every home in America is starkly different from the one next two it so expanding it to western civilization like England or Canada isn't a large stretch. One family spanks kids. The next raises gender neutral kids, the next house is a multi-religious house, childless couple, pro-choice family, etc. So the fact the violence in America falls under such large amount of guns is the one thing that connects us.

Depression and frustration, lack of sex and love, feeling unaccepted by society.

People feel this way in every corner of the world but they ain't shooting up schools.... this is a pure American society problem and it has everything to do with the rampant and loose control of guns and the culture that surrounds it, the mass media and the 24 hour news cycle and then the history of violence that's plagued American society since it's inception. Couple those things with what you mentioned and it's a recipe for destruction.
