I know Reagan was an actor. But he wasn't at the level of celebrity (specifically) that Trump was at, when he ran.

And there are PLENTY of celebrities who have become business people. What makes Donald Trump more qualified to GOVERN(emphasising that governing is more than just being a businessman who inherited fortunes) than say, someone like Jay-Z?

I'm not saying anyone from any background is unqualified. That's an issue I've had with Republicans saying that a Community Organizer is unqualified to run a country. The same with people who say Trump is unqualified to run a country because he's never been a politician. In general terms a garbage man that fits the qualifications can be President of the United States.
Doesn't mean a community organizer/lawyer, businessman, or garbage man will do a good job but they are eligible.

Plus Reagan was a governor first. What we are witnessing now is a new era. I could legit see Oprah taking a stab at it. Because there are no other female candidates that would have cross over appeal.
